I don't know what I am going through, but recently (not recently) it's been a month, I have been getting Panic Attacks and Anxiety Attacks for which everything is going off track that I am not been able to stay and help my family in emergency we going through over that not been able to talk to anyone and focus on work. I am struggling, maybe I have slowly started isolating myself I kinda like isolation, sometimes ppl say, its good to isolate, but I start self harming in isolation (example - ppl get addicted to smoking like a stress relief), I do the same thing, instead of smoking, I might be asking for help or maybe a break from everything, but my surroundings, the ppl i love, the work i am passionate about wont wait ever, idk what to do, m stuck in some loop thats what i feel like,…

And my immediate thought was "That is such an overly optimistic delulu inducing thought" Like.. What if you take that risk and it leads you somewhere beautiful? What if you let yourself hope, even when it feels hard? What if the life you’ve been dreaming of is waiting for you on the other side of fear? That is all fine but, WHAT IF IT DOESN'T? How are people having so much faith in life? Like, how do you know if what you're pouring your life and time and energy into is going to work out?
And if it doesn't work out, will you not regret choosing the path less worn? to not go to that party you missed? or that afternoon you refused to spend with your Ma? or all those hobbies you never picked up because you were too busy trying to…
What other option do you have to move forward in life rather than being stuck at the same place. There is possibility it might work or it won't but you would never know that until you try that.
i am going through a lot of disillusionment and unlearning about my behaviours and thought processes that hinder inter personal relationships and I'm trying to be very patient and not rush anything but it's so tiring and i need to know if y'all feel like this too
Stay strong. You'll get through this. Like you've gotten through so many other things in life.
