These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Quverse Foundation (Firstcontact.lgbt  , concerning your access to and use of the [website name.com] website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). “Seller” is any person who sells or s products on the website.

The facilities and services provided by Quverse Foundation (Firstcontact.lgbt) are as follows,

  1.  Funding services: Quverse Foundation (Firstcontact.lgbt)  is an NGO. Their funding requirements are enlisted on the website. Registered members can use the facilities of Quverse Foundation (Firstcontact.lgbt) and donate to the cause they are interested in.

  2.  Payment Gateway: If you are making donations through the payment gateway, you understand that the payment gateway is provided by a third party and governed by the terms and conditions provided by such a third party. You are liable in the event you violate any of the terms and conditions of a such third party in making your donations Quverse Foundation (Firstcontact.lgbt shall not be responsible for any such errors or default in making your donations.

  3. Tax exemption certificates: You are requested to go through the tax exemption details displayed in the content of every cause before you make the donation. Quverse Foundation (Firstcontact.lgbt will ensure that NGOs registered on the website send applicable tax exemption certificates to you within reasonable time limits.

  4. Donations: You can donate to Quverse Foundation (Firstcontact.lgbt using a number of payment methods such as credit or debit cards or cheques. Donations are processed by our payment gateway service provider. All donations made through Quverse Foundation (Firstcontact.lgbt are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please contact Quverse Foundation (Firstcontact.lgbt immediately if there are justifying reasons or circumstances for a refund and your case may be reviewed on a best-effort basis and the decision of Quverse Foundation (Firstcontact.lgbt  will be final. You will receive an email confirming your donation to the cause. This is the final confirmation of your donation. If you have not received, please contact Quverse Foundation (Firstcontact.lgbt immediately. Quverse Foundation (Firstcontact.lgbt reserves the right at any time from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently the donation facility with or without notice.

  5. Payments: The website gives an option for cash for delivery or accepts payments through UPI, and online payment platforms like Paytm, google pay, etc.  

  6. Take-down notices: The websites take all the measures to ensure that there are no intellectual property infringements. It takes all the due diligence and privacy issues with utmost importance. In case, any seller, user, or third party finds any act infringing the laws. They can directly inform the Quverse Foundation (Firstcontact.lgbt at [insert link] form or through email [insert email] for any takedown requests. 

  7. Limitation of damages: In no event shall Quverse Foundation (Firstcontact.lgbt or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable to any entity for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, or other damages (including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of information or programs or other data on your information handling system) that are related to the use of, or the inability to use, the content, materials, and functions of this Website or any linked Website, even if Flipkart is expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.

The contract shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India and the Courts in Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to try and suit, proceedings in connection therewith/on that behalf. Any disputes under this agreement, which cannot be settled by negotiation may be resolved exclusively by arbitration and shall be held in Delhi, India, and conducted in accordance with the provision of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof.\ Subject to the above, the courts of law at Delhi alone shall have the jurisdiction in respect of all matters connected with the agreement. The arbitration award shall be final and binding.
