"There is some irritation in my throat. I will visit a doctor and take medicines so that it should not get magnified" but when we feel sad or angry or upset we are conditioned to just sleep over it or let the time heal. But that does not work always. Sometimes extra attention, care is needed for our minds as well. That comes in the form of being aware about our mental well being.
Lets do this. We will have some daily simple, fun tasks to learn about our minds and mental well being.
