My name is Harpal Malhi. I’m a Punjabi Sikh daughter of the diaspora, born and raised in Canada, and currently a doctoral student at the University of British Columbia (UBC).
As someone who is part of the LGBTQ+ community and currently in a relationship with a Hindu Indian woman, my research is very close to my heart. I am exploring the lived experiences of queer Punjabi Sikhs in both Canada and India.
I am currently in Punjab and will be heading to Delhi on the 15th before returning to Canada in early February. I would love to connect with anyone who:
