FastX Review - The movie was what we already expected or what critics were saying, no good story, full-on action, Movie clearly knows its audience and it delivered what they wanted but watching it in 3D was a good experience, the movie is made for theatre experience which I really enjoyed. Overall film is subjective to your taste in movies, you can love the same thing about this movie which others can hate.
Basic plot - Dante Reyes (son of Hernan Reyes, the villain of Fast Five) came back for revenge of his father and wanted to destroy Dominic Toretto by destroying his family and everything he ever has. Dom and whole team have to now fight with him to save what matters to them most. (Can't tell more since it can spoil the movie.)
Positives - Over-the-top action (Although physics was missing, but that’s what we like about this series),
A good villain (which was missing since the last few movies),
Acting of Jason Momoa (he really stole the show with his role as Psycho villain Dante Reyes), the Rest of the cast also did their job.
Not good but still a better story than the last few parts, and of course it's cars.
Negatives - Some scenes were felt unnecessary, and some dialogues were cringe.
Again, brought back old characters from death, (because of this we never feel emotional about someone's death because we know they will somehow come back).
And the ending, the movie doesn't end it just stops in between, they tried to make it like infinity war but it didn't land that way. (But still, the way the movie ended, I am waiting for its part 11).
Things which I personally liked - They still mention Paul Walker and his legacy and, in this movie, again we see it along with "See you again" music in the background,
In the end credits, we see photos of the team scattered and burning inside water, signifying how the whole family is scattered and burning.
P.S. - here I also noticed many Indian names in the VFX department means again most of the VFX work was done in India.
