We are starting a warm-up fitness challenge from tomorrow after till Sunday Pool 1 - Calories (300 cal):

Pool 2 - Show-Up

So, we are going by two pools this time :-


Pool 1 is people who will burn at least 300 cal per day for 5 out of 6 days starting from Tuesday till Sunday


Pool 2 is people who are looking to stay active, consistently, and for whatever reason, they are not in position for intense challenge - I for eg. want to do ribbon dance and will show my productivity by posting one video per day for at least 5 out of 6 days. You can choose your own way of showing consistency.


People from both the pools will put in 300 Bucks for their pool that they have to earn back by staying consistent. If you do for 4 days even out of 6, your money will get redistributed among rest of the consistent for folks.


It used to work wonders for us!
