Refund Policy

First Contact (a brand of Quverse Foundation) Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing First Contact, (a brand of Quverse Foundation), for your subscription, event tickets, and purchases from the queer marketplace. We strive to provide you with exceptional experiences and products. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. Please review our refund policy below for each type of transaction:


1. Subscription Refund Policy:


1.1. Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly Plans: If you have subscribed to a paid plan on First Contact, you are eligible for a full refund within the first 7 (seven) business days from the date of purchase under the following circumstances: 

i. If you experience technical issues preventing access to FC's features, despite reasonable efforts from our support team. 

ii. If FC fails to provide the advertised services and features described on our website, app, or metaverse.


1.2. After 7 Days: After the initial 7-day period, refunds for subscription plans will not be available. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will not auto-renew at the end of the current billing cycle.


2. Event Ticket Refund Policy:


2.1. Please note the circumstance under which you are entitled to a full refund: 


  • In case of event cancellation, postponement, or significant changes to the event program, you will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price. 

  • You will also be eligible for a full refund in case you buy a ticket but fail to pass the safety screening after filling out the form.


3. Queer Marketplace Purchase Refund Policy:


3.1. Physical Products: If you have purchased physical products from the queer marketplace on First Contact's website, app, or metaverse, you may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.


3.2. Virtual Items: Virtual items, including digital downloads and in-app purchases, are non-refundable once they have been delivered or accessed unless otherwise required by applicable law.


Please note:

  • FC reserves the right to refuse refunds if any refund policy guidelines are violated.

  • In cases where a refund is not granted, FC will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues or concerns raised by the user.

  • Refunds may exclude any transaction fees or charges imposed by third-party payment processors.


How to Request a Refund:


To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

2. Include your order or transaction number in the email.

3. Specify the reason for your refund request.

4. If applicable, provide any supporting documentation or evidence to substantiate your request.

5. Allow up to 10 business days for our team to review and process your request.
