Day 1.

I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes in September last year! It was shocking and put me in depression😣
I started taking the doctor's advice and started changing my eating habits and lifestyle. I have taken up walking, which i do everyday devotedly for 75 mins.
My depression has vanished, and now, I am healthy (need to reduce my belly and body fat though). 😉 I am slowly getting there. Also my blood sugar levels are under control and at normal range for a while with minimal medications. My body is responding well. I am trying to reverse it! Fingers crossed! Life is as gay as me 😛😝😜

I am back in the game! Worked out a bit today! Starting slow.
I wish to see my folx to start taking care of their physical health as well.
@Ayush 🏳️⚧️ has done the same amount of workout today, we did it together.

Fitness challenge : Warm-up Week (21 Feb 2023 -25 Feb 2023)
Hello people..
I know it's tough to get out of the bed early in the morning for exercise when you can catch up with some more sleep and in the evenings, we are tired from all the hustles of the day. But do you know about the 5 A.M. Club and its success stories?
Well if you don't already know about it, then make yours a success story. What can be more thrilling than having your success story to inspire yourself?
And not to scare you but recent health studies have found out that around 43% of Indians don't have the BMI that they should have. And f**ked up BMI is not good. So let our hard-earned money be not spent on the things (medical bills) we can avoid and spent it on things that would give us happiness…
I have realised the motivation to save money works wonders on me. Whatever this new crazy is count me in. 😂🙈 (I am so gonna regret this later🥲)
Fitness Challenge Week 6 - 27th January to 2nd Feb (Both inclusive)
Burn at least 200 kcal (or 800 cal on Google fit) everyday for 6 days (out of 7)
Method to post the screenshots of the workout bet:
1. On Day 1 (only), create a new post and add your screenshot in that post.
2. For all the remaining days, add the screenshot in comment section of the YOUR personal post made on day 1.
Everyone part of the challenge have put 300 INR in the pot that they are supposed to earn back by staying consistent for 6 out of 7 days, If one doesn't stay consistent, their 300 bucks will get redistributed among the consistent ones.
Tippy tushyfer and I are planning to start doing YOGA again early in the morning (7am ish). If anyone else would like to join us on the same, 'lettuce now' :P :P :P

- Post picture of your workout stats which must have at least 200 calories burn (800 calories for Google Fit)
So I'm joining in today! After watching so many folks trying to take good care of their helath. I realized I need to do too.
And @Trippy Lucifer thanks. I was too lazy to start some exercise but your yesterday's post gave me the idea of taking small steps.
Yes, Thank you! I realised late that in order to do everything I end up doing very less thing that to not so productive, hence this.

- Workout for 6 days (You can take any one day off) till Monday
- Post picture of your workout stats which must have at least 300 cal burn
- You can post till anytime before 12:00 am for any day to count
If you have less than 6 days of post, your 300 will be divided amongst rest of the consistent folx. Posting all the rules to avoid any confusion
