I started taking the doctor's advice and started changing my eating habits and lifestyle. I have taken up walking, which i do everyday devotedly for 75 mins.
My depression has vanished, and now, I am healthy (need to reduce my belly and body fat though). ЁЯШЙ I am slowly getting there. Also my blood sugar levels are under control and at normal range for a while with minimal medications. My body is responding well. I am trying to reverse it! Fingers crossed! Life is as gay as me ЁЯШЫЁЯШЭЁЯШЬ
