Fitness challenge : Warm-up Week (21 Feb 2023 -25 Feb 2023)

Hello people..

I know it's tough to get out of the bed early in the morning for exercise when you can catch up with some more sleep and in the evenings, we are tired from all the hustles of the day. But do you know about the 5 A.M. Club and its success stories?

Well if you don't already know about it, then make yours a success story. What can be more thrilling than having your success story to inspire yourself?

And not to scare you but recent health studies have found out that around 43% of Indians don't have the BMI that they should have. And f**ked up BMI is not good. So let our hard-earned money be not spent on the things (medical bills) we can avoid and spent it on things that would give us happiness and create a more sustainable living.


I am counting on you to have an exercise routine and taking care of your body and let us do it together and inspire each other for the same. Post it here in the group by taking a screenshot. Download some app for the same or the photo of your smart watch with the time and/or calories


The folx who don't do exercise often or are out of the routine can begin by just doing a walk for ten minutes or anything that suits them and gets them in the routine (for this week) and from the next week we can increase the time and calories.


(P.S. I myself am not a morning person, so I will try to reach the 5A.M. routine slowly but until then i will continue the exercise in different times of the day )
