ATTENTION: Take 10 Mins of your life to do any sort of exercise
Yes, you heard me right! Today, I realized something—that whenever I do yoga, I feel peace while doing it and even after it’s done. (Why is that? @Prats )
The reason I feel this way is that, in the moment, you are busy with your body, and your mind shuts down any chatter or overthinking that is going on in your brain. It focuses on your breath and your body, which leads you to experience peace—even if just for 10 minutes. And trust me, you’ll want to embrace that peace.
That’s why I think everyone should take time for themselves, even just for 5 minutes, to embrace that peace and hold it tight. Because, folks, it’s hard to hold onto peace in life.
And with that, my closing line:
Any form of exercise is a meditation. (You don’t agree? I’m up for a fun debate!)
