When You’re Running on Empty But Still Showing Up
Have you ever felt like… you're out with people, doing all the social stuff, laughing, talking, being “on” — and then the moment you get home, you just crash? Like your brain and body both go, “Nope, that’s enough for today”?
Do sweet or salty snacks shift your mood instantly? Like one bite of chocolate or chips and suddenly the day feels 5% more manageable?
Exercise does help, no doubt. But sometimes, to just get through the day, you need that quick fix — a strong coffee, a smoothie, something that gives you an immediate pick-me-up.
And let’s be honest… other people’s words or behavior? They can totally mess with your vibe. A random comment, an off tone, or someone’s weird energy can sit with you way longer than it should.
Ever notice how holding things in, bottling up your thoughts or feelings, starts turning into a kind of numbness? Like you’re going through the motions but not fully there?
If you’re nodding along — I feel you. What do you do when your mood dips or your energy's just... off? How do you pull yourself back or even just acknowledge that it's happening?

You read my mind @Trippy (She/Her) I'm sure many feel the same
I just watch something that changes my mood or listen to music , sometimes I go for a drive or go for a walk then i meet my animal army (colony dogs and cats ) they distract my mind ,I try not to sit idle whenever i do everything takes over me . Ha there are times where I just let my body and mind feel everthing so that it doesn't get bottled up it takes alot of time but it helps 😃
